Registration

• Participation in the conference’s technical sessions, keynote addresses, panel discussions, and other scheduled academic activities.
• Conference registration kit and materials.
• Lunch and refreshments (tea/coffee and snacks) during the conference.
• Conference networking opportunities and designated social events.
• Certificate of participation/presentation, as applicable.
• Access to the digital Book of Abstracts.

Please note: Accommodation, travel, and other personal expenses are not included in the registration fee and must be arranged separately by participants.

Deadline of early bird registration: 1 February 2027

Instructions:

• For each accepted submission, at least one author must complete the conference registration for the paper/abstract to be included in the conference program and Book of Abstracts.
• Each accepted submission must be supported by a separate paid registration. One registration covers the presentation and inclusion of one accepted submission in the conference program and Book of Abstracts. Authors presenting multiple accepted submissions must complete a separate registration for each submission.
• Accepted submissions for which the required registration is not completed by the specified deadline will be removed from the conference program and Book of Abstracts.
• Participants are requested to complete the registration form carefully and provide accurate information. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay confirmation of registration
• Registration is strictly non-transferable / non-refundable. Each registration is valid for one author only—the receipt will be issued in the name of the person from whose account the payment is made, and only that author will be eligible to present and participate in the conference.
• *Registration fees listed above are exclusive of 18% GST. The final amount payable will include the applicable 18% GST
• *To register under the Student / Research Scholar category, participants must be enrolled full-time in a recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral degree program. Proof of current student status may be required during registration.
• For international participants, payments made in GBP will be accounted for at a conversion rate of GBP 1 = INR 130
