An outstanding leader of management education, he has performed key leadership roles at many premier management institutes and corporate in his remarkable career. Dr. Metri is the former Director of IIM Tiruchirappalli. Under his dynamic leadership, IIM Tiruchirappalli has catapulted among the league of top business schools in India. Her research focuses on workplace dispute resolution and the Real Living Wage as a form of civil regulation. She has worked closely with organisations including Acas, the Labour Relations Agency, Citizens UK, and the Living Wage Foundation. Deborah has published extensively in leading journals such as Industrial and Labour Relations Review, Work, Employment and Society, Human Resource Management Journal, and Economic and Industrial Democracy.
