Job Description:
- Asst. Officer/Officer-CDS will act as an interface between Institute, students and recruiters and nurture and develop IIMN’s relationships with prospective recruiters.
- To generate employment opportunities for students by establishing and maintaining relationships with potential recruiters of repute.
- To search for employment as well as experiential (e.g. summer internships) opportunities for students.
- Support Career Development activities through Presentations, Industry Outreach, and Student Orientation.
- Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Post-Graduation/ MBA from reputed Institute.
Skills:
- Prospective candidates must have (a) excellent administrative skills, (b) an ability to multi-task, (c) eye for detail, and (d) excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidate should have strong industry networking skills and should be passionate about helping students succeed professionally.
- Should be willing to travel outstation as and when required.
Experience:
- Candidates with overall 7 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years of experience in Placements in business schools is desirable. Placement experience in especially in an IIM or an institute of repute are likely to be preferred
Age: Min. 30 years
Reporting to: The selected candidate will be reporting to Chairperson- Placements.
Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of upto three years on contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on performance / satisfactory discharge of duties and institute’s requirements.
