Prof. Alok Kumar Singh’s co-authored article titled ‘Investigating the impact of usage factors on satisfaction and intention to use e-resources’ has been published in the Performance Measurement Metrics Journal, a B category journal as per IIM Nagpur list. Ms. Vandana, Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU), Pune, India; Ms. Ruchi Jain Garg, School of Business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India; Mr. Vinod Kumar, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU), Pune, India, are Prof. Singh’s co-authors. This research, a maiden attempt, analyzes and evaluates the impact of e-resources usage factors (training modes, awareness, influencers, utilitarian benefits, and ease of use) towards satisfaction and intention to use these e-resources. Following data collection from postgraduate students of Delhi (India), reliability and validity tests were conducted, and then structural relationships between variables were studied. The study revealed that all five factors significantly affected satisfaction and intention to use e-resources. However, influencers were found to have the highest impact on satisfaction and intention to use e-resources.
