Job Description:
The position is suitable for individuals who want to build their career in accreditation agencies or with institutions working towards accreditations/ participating in national and international rankings of business schools. It provides a platform for learning, as well as hands-on experience of working with faculty members giving an insight of functioning of academia at IIM Nagpur.
The Junior Associate’s duties will include assistance to Chairperson accreditations in preparing documents, data collection, data compilation, data analysis using MS Excel or other statistical software, preparation of report, and assistance with other research and data collection exercises for the purpose of Accreditations & Rankings.
Responsibilities:
- Systematically write and prepare consolidated and comprehensive reports
- Collect, analyze and systematically present data for ease of understanding and in several desired formats.
Summarize results
Qualification:
- Post Graduate with a very good academic record from a recognized university/ Institute or its equivalent grade.
- Proficiency with English writing
- Proficiency with MS Excel
Experience:
- Prior experience of at least 1 year in assisting with accreditation exercises of institutes of repute is desirable.
- Evidence of prior report drafting and writing as well as skills with MS excel need to be provided along with the job application.
Skills:
- Excellent use of MS Office tools such as MS –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- The candidate should have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Age: Not exceeding 30 years
Reporting to: The selected person will report to the Chairperson Accreditations.
Salary & Allowances: Selected candidates will be offered a fixed-term appointment for a period of Two years on a third-party contract / IIM Nagpur contract on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further based on the performance /satisfactory discharge of duties and institute’s requirements.
