About PGP

The two-year full-time residential Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) is IIMN’s flagship programme.

The programme aims to create leaders, managers and entrepreneurs with strong conceptual foundations and analytical meticulousness ingrained in a sound understanding of the socio-economic context. The programme facilitates students to take on challenges in achieving professional excellence and self- development.

The PGP has been designed with a view to prepare the students for leadership roles. It grooms the students into competent professionals with an orientation towards excellence and high ethical standards, irrespective of the sector they choose to work in – be it business, not-for-profit, government-related or social change.

Courses in this programme are an amalgamation of lectures, classroom discussions, case studies, individual and group projects, term papers, role plays, business games, etc.

In addition to the three terms a year, the PGP programme also includes an International Immersion on completion of the first year, a field immersion and a summer internship which together lay the foundation for conceptual and critical reasoning. These give the students an insight into the dynamics of business environment.
