Q: Does the term “questions” refer to Teaching Note questions or questions from the organizing team for clarification?
A: The term “questions” refers to clarification queries you may have for the organizing team.

Q: Is a full case required to be considered for IVEY publishing? Can we submit an abstract of 600 words now and the case later (after November 30th), or must the full case be submitted by November 30th?
A: Authors can submit either a full case or an extended abstract of 600 words for the conference. The full case needs to be submitted post-conference as per IVEY Submission guidelines regarding case and teaching notes. Click here for detailed guidelines.

Q: Is a Teaching Note required while submitting the case or just the case?
A: Teaching Notes must be submitted along with the full case as per IVEY guidelines.

Q: Is there a Best Case Award for the conference?
A: We will get back to you regarding the Best Case Award details shortly.

Q: Can I register only for the Pre-Conference Workshop on Case Writing?
A: Yes, you can register for the Pre-Conference Workshop without registering for the main conference. Simply select the “Pre-Conference Workshop Only” option on the registration form.

Q: Is it possible to attend the conference without presenting a case since I will participate in the Pre-Conference Workshop on Case Writing?
A: Yes, you may attend the conference without presenting a case. Participation in the workshop does not require case presentation at the main conference.

Q: Is it necessary to attend the Pre-Conference Workshop on Case Writing to attend the main conference?
A: No, it is not necessary to attend the Pre-Conference Workshop. You may directly register for the main conference only. Select the appropriate option during registration.

Q: Which professors will lecture at the Pre-Conference Workshop, and what is its content?
A: The detailed program schedule, including the list of speakers and session content, will be updated on our website in the coming week.

Q: How do I reach the IIM Nagpur campus from the airport?
A:

● By Taxi/Auto: The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport (Nagpur Airport) is approximately 9 km from the IIM Nagpur campus. You can hire a prepaid taxi or auto-rickshaw directly from the airport. The journey takes around 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

● By Ride-Sharing Services: Ola and Uber services are also available and provide a convenient option to reach the campus.

● By Metro: Take a city bus from the airport to the Airport Metro Station (fare: ₹20). From there, purchase a metro ticket to Khapri Metro Station. Once you arrive at Khapri, you can either take a local auto (fare: ₹20) or a city bus to reach the IIM Nagpur campus. Please note that the bus is not operational after 10 pm. Landmark is AIIMS Nagpur.

Q: How do I reach the IIM Nagpur campus from the railway station?
A:

By Metro: Adjoining to railway station you will get an elevated metro station.

By Taxi/Auto: Nagpur Railway Station is about 18 km from the campus. Prepaid taxis and auto-rickshaws are available outside the station. The travel time is approximately 40–50 minutes.

By Ride-Sharing Services: Ola and Uber services are also available from the railway station to the campus.

By Local Transport: City buses run from the railway station to nearby areas, but you may need additional transport to reach the campus directly.
