Dr. Saurabh Pandya

Dr. Saurabh Pandya, a faculty member in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Area,is the Chairperson of MBA for Working Professionals programme at IIM Nagpur. He hasmore than twelve years of professional experience acrossindustry and academia. After earning a doctorate from IIM Bangalore in CorporateStrategy & Policy, he worked with IIM Raipur and XLRI Jamshedpur, before joiningIIM Nagpur. Dr. Pandya has to his credit a number of research publications and conference presentations. His work on leadership development and rapid growth organizations has been presented in international conferences and was also selected for the Best Paper Proceedings at Academy of Management (AOM) conference in Boston in 2012.Dr. Pandya teaches courses like Strategic Management, StrategyImplementation, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Corporate Governance. He hasbeen actively involved in designing and delivering corporate training programmesin Strategic Thinking and Implementation for reputed organisations in themanufacturing, sustainability, banking, and services industries.
Dr. Atul Arun Pathak

Dr. Atul Arun Pathak is a faculty in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship area and the Chairperson of Executive Education programmesat IIM Nagpur. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he has over 17 years of international work experience across industry and academia. His research has been published as papers and cases in various international and national journals. He has received best-paper awards when presenting his research at various national and international conferences. He was also awarded the Chaudhary Padmanabhan Pant best thesis award and merit scholarship for his scholastic achievements at IIMA.Dr. Pathak has taught various Strategy, International Business, Design Thinking, Innovation and Management Consulting courses at leading Indian institutes.He has designed and delivered executive education programmes and consultancy assignments for a number of corporate and public-sector organizations
Dr. Shiva Kakkar
Dr. Shiva Kakkar is a faculty member of the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management area at IIM Nagpur. He received his Ph.D. from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he was associated with Goa Institute of Management. His research focuses on issues pertaining to human perception and motivation. He has a number of publications in reputed journals and has presented papers at prestigious national and international conferences. Prof. Kakkar has also consulted for leading organizations in India, such as the Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (IHCL), TajSats Ltd. and Opshub (India) Ltd.
Dr. Monika Dhochak
Dr. Monika Dhochak is a faculty member in the Finance and Accounting area at IIM Nagpur. She holds a doctoral degree in Finance from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. Her thesis work emphasized on the investment decisions followed by the Venture Capitalists. Her research interest includes Venture Capital and Private Equity, IFRS, Disclosures and Fair Value Measurement. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, she has worked with Goa Institute of Management as an Assistant Professor and Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmedabad. She has published over ten research papers in reputed international journals and presented her work on Start-up valuation and venture capitalists investment decisions in many National and International Conferences. She had received the ‘Best Paper Award’ in an International Conference in Thailand. Over the years, Dr. Dhochak has taught the courses on Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Entrepreneurial Finance, and Financial Statement Analysis. Prof. Dhochak is also a professional member of the American Accounting Association (AAA).
Dr. Neerpal Rathi
Dr. Neerpal Rathi is a faculty member in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at IIM Nagpur. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, and did postdoctoral work at Incheon National University, South Korea. Dr. Rathi has been a visiting faculty at Incheon National University, South Korea and Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he had worked various leading Indian management institute. Dr. Rathi has taught to MBA, Executive MBA (EMBA), and PhD students in India and abroad.Dr. Rathi has designed and delivered executive education programs and consultancy assignments for a number of corporate and public-sector organizations. Dr. Rathi has published several papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Rathi has received best paper and highly commending paper awards when presenting his research at various national and international conferences.
