Dr. Arun Elias

Dr. Arun is the Associate Dean, International and Accreditation with Wellington School of Business and Government. His main research interests are in the areas of systems thinking, system dynamics, stakeholder management and operations management. Arun has been associated with Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand since 1999. Before taking up his current role as the Associate Dean (International and Accreditation), he was the Director of MBA and Post Experience programmes from 2007 to 2010 and from 2014 to 2017.
Dr. Ramachandran Natarajan

Dr. Ramachandran Natarajan is the W. E. Mayberry Professor of Management and the Associate Dean of the College of Business. He holds professional certifications from ASCM, the Association for Supply Chain Management (previously APICS). He has published in leading journals in his area. In a study published in 1993 in Journal of Operations Management, he was recognized as one of the “Top 100 Researchers,” in Operations Management during a five-year period. He has received the College of Business Advisory Board Award for Outstanding Faculty/Researcher many times.
Dr. Prakash Awasthy

Dr. Prakash Awasthy is a faculty in Production and Operations Management area at IIM Nagpur. He has completed FPM in Production and Operations Management from IIM-Bangalore and Master's in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. His academic interests include Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Service Operations. His research interests are Sustainable and Humanitarian Operation Management, Service Operations and Market Interface etc.
Dr. Gunjan Tomer

Dr. Gunjan Tomer is a faculty in the Information Systems area at IIM Nagpur. She holds a doctoral degree in Information Systems from IIM Indore. She has published in reputed journals in her area. She has also published management cases in prestigious outlet such as Ivey publishing. She is also a “Dale Carnegie” certified professional educator. Her research interests are socio-technical system, digital transformation and gender studies.
