Dr. Raghu Raman was serving as a senior faculty member in ICT-Oman for a decade and returned to India in 2017. He has a strong passion in training corporate citizens and teaching management students at various renowned B-Schools .He has 35 + years of experience in industry and academics. He is a visiting faculty and has given numerous sessions / guest lectures in CA Institute, ICFAI and various renowned universities. He has presented papers in National and International Conferences.

He has been the CEO in one of the leading management consultancy firms and held senior positions in various corporates. He did Doctoral programme under the topic of ‘ Development of Women Entrepreneurs ‘.He is a keynote speaker in various international conferences and also chaired various non technical sessions .Currently working as CEO in MIRA consultancy firm since 2018 handling the Education and T&D division. Certified trainer on Trainer’s Mastery (soft skill) programme from N.I.S.T.

He has received a Facilitator Award from National foundation for Entrepreneurship Development(NFED) during 10th National Teachers Day Awards 2019. Indian Achiever Award in April 2019 from International peace University – Germany for his exceptional Contribution ,Dedication & Social services. Life Time Achievement Award in 2017 from IARA in recognition and appreciation for his outstanding contributions. Indira Gandhi Gold Medal Award for Individual Achievement and National Development in March 2017 on the occasion of international Women’s Day. Presented by Global Economic Progress &Research Association –Tamil Nadu. MTC Global Award for Excellence 2016 – “Distinguished Teacher Award”. A prestigious of Karma Veer Chakra Award in 2010 Nov for his contribution in social service. He has received numerous awards and recognition during 2010 to 2015.

Dr. Krishan Lal is a Professor Emeritus, University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Sk, Canada. He completed Dr.disc.Pol.(W’haven-Goettingen). Dr. Krishan has many publications in book reviews and articles in academic journals, including a book in German. He was the First Winner of the R.E.Olley Teaching Award in the Department of Economics. He has also received awards from the German Research Association Canada Council. He is also an honored recipient of the Distinguished Community Service, Award,City of Saskatoon, Sk, Canada.
