Dr. Antony Paulraj is the Li Dak Sum Chair Professor in Information Systems and Operations Management at the Nottingham University Business School, University of Nottingham Ningbo, China. He completed his Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Cleveland State University, Ohio, USA. His research interests are within supply chain management, strategic sourcing, sustainability supply chains, and supply chain innovation. He has published over 50 articles in journals including Journal of Operations Management, Research Policy, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, among others. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Operations and Production Management and the Journal of Supply Chain Management. He also regularly serves as a reviewer for leading OM and SCM journals.

Dr. N.R.Parasuraman is currently the Director and Senior Professor at SDM Institute for Management Development, Mysore. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, and a Commerce and Law graduate. His Ph.D. was on Capital Structure of Indian Companies. He has 37 years of experience in diverse areas of finance. His special areas of teaching and research are Strategy, Financial Derivatives, Multinational Finance, and Corporate Valuation. He has published over 30 papers and concept articles in various journals. He has authored a book titled “FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT – A Step-by-Step Approach”, published by Cengage which has now gone into a 2nd edition. Apart from this book, his earlier work ‘FUNDAMENTALS OF FINANCIAL DERIVATIVES’ published by Wiley India Limited, is very popular among the teachers and students of Derivatives has gone into a third edition. He has co-authored with Eugene Brigham and Scott Besley the South-Asian edition of ‘Corporate Finance (CFIN)’ brought out by Cengage.

John Davies joined the Department of Business Administration at Victoria University of Wellington in 1980, following prior work at the Welsh Regional Management Centre (now the University of South Wales); in local government; and as an operational researcher in the cable industry. He retired from his Victoria Business School/Faculty of Commerce roles of Associate Dean (International & Executive Education), and Director of Academic Programmes Accreditation, in 2017, having also served a five-year term as Chairman of the Management Group in the 1990s, and as Head of Victoria University of Wellington Management School (VMS) from 2005 to 2009. John has also served terms as President of the Western Decision Sciences Institute (WDSI), Vice-President of the Operational Research Society of New Zealand (ORSNZ), as President of the Wellington Rugby Football Union and of the Poneke Football Club.

His areas of expertise include Data Management, Network Security and Software Engineering. An authority in the area of digital economy, he has published multiple papers in international academic journals of high repute and authored several books.

Dr. Errol D'Souza is a Professor of Economics and the Director at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He obtained his Ph.D. as a University Grants Commission National Research Fellow from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Quantitative Economics (Springer), the Indian Journal of Labour Economics (Springer), and Macroeconomics and Finance in Emerging Market Economies (Taylor & Francis). He is engaged in research in the areas of macroeconomics, development finance and public policy.

He has worked on academic committees of the University Grants Commission and the Indian Council of Social Science Research, and has been associated with the Planning Commission and the Reserve Bank of India. He is also a Consultant to industry, the banking sector, UNDP, ILO, and Government. Former Director on the board of the National Housing Bank, he is currently on the Board of Governors of the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, the Rajasthan Shram Sarathi Association, and the India Gold Policy Centre. He has published multiple papers in many reputed journals.

Dr. Sachi Sakthivel obtained a PhD from Syracuse University, NY. Dr. Sakthivel has been a professor of MIS at Bowling Green State University, USA for more than 33 years.  In May 2020, he became an Emeritus Professor in the university.  He has served as a visiting professor in the National University of Singapore, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras during his sabbatical leaves from the USA.  He is also a visiting professor in Indian Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli, and Symbiosis Institute of Management.   He has been an IT advisor in the USA for about 20 years. His research interests include offshore IT outsourcing, software economics, and systems development methods.

His areas of expertise and interest include evaluating and improving the organizational performance by using management philosophies (e.g., Just-in-Time, Activity Based Management, Theory of Constraints, Quality Management, Market Orientation). He has published his research in numerous journals including Journal of Operational Research Society, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Research, and Production and Inventory Management Journal.

Dr. Subhash Sarin is Paul T. Norton Endowed Professor at Virginia tech, USA. he holds a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University and M.S. from Kansas State University. He is a renowned academician and is recognized for his significant research contributions in production scheduling, sequencing, applied mathematical programming, and in analysing and designing algorithms for the operational control of manufacturing systems. He is a recipient of multiple awards and honours for his outstanding research.
