A frequent visiting professor at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in India, he has been recognized in The National Faculty Directory (USA) and twice in the Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers (USA). Dr. Matthew Pepper is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business, Faculty of Business and Law, University of Wollongong, Australia. He completed his Ph.D. in Operations & Supply Chain Management, University of Wollongong. His research areas are within Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. His recent research and consultancy activities focus on lean thinking, six sigma based process improvement and supply chain design and optimisation. Matt has undertaken research and consultancy across a range of industry sectors, including the manufacturing and process industries as well as local government. Most recently his work has focused on the implementation of continuous improvement in service environments. He has published numerous article in journals such as International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, International Journal of Production Research, Australian Journal of Public Administration, International Journal of Lean Six Sigma, Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Australian Journal of Public Administration, Qualitative Research in Accounting and Management.

Dr. Subodha Kumar is the Paul R. Anderson Distinguished Chair Professor and the Founding Director of the Center for Business Analytics and Disruptive Technologies at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He is also a board member for many organizations. He has published more than 150 articles in respected journals and conferences and is co-author of a book as well as many chapters and Harvard and Ivey cases. He was ranked #1 worldwide for publishing in Information Systems Research. Kumar has held several editorial positions and is currently Deputy Editor of Production and Operations Management (POM) and Founding Executive Editor of Management and Business Review (MBR). He holds a robotics patent and is routinely cited in the media.
