2nd Pritam Singh Memorial (PRISM) Conference
17th – 19th November 2022, IIM Nagpur
Theme: Leading the business of the future: Talent, Technology and Transformation in a changing world.
Academics and practitioners in the field of management are invited to submit papers for presentation and discussion at the second Pritam Singh Memorial Conference (PRISM), which will take place at the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIMN), from November 17th to 19th, 2022. We invite academic researchers and doctoral students to submit high-quality theoretical and empirical papers on contemporary management issues. Industry practitioners are invited to submit perspective papers, opinion pieces, articles or essays describing their personal experiences, events or cases in the industry or their business unit that inform audiences on new age management challenges. Extended abstracts of up to 1000 words are also invited.

- Supply chain disruptions and responses
- Technology and trends in manufacturing and supply chain management
- Sustainability in organizations
- Environment, sustainability, and governance (ESG)
- New age leadership: Head and heart
- Shaping culture to power organizational growth
- Reskill and reinvent: The new talent mantra
- Leveraging inclusivity and diversity in business
Submissions beyond the scope of the themes suggested are welcome. High-quality academic submissions would be considered for publication in leading (ABDC/ABS/Scopus indexed) management journals. Practitioner pieces would be published in collaboration with Sage publishers as part of a special edition (Scopus indexed) book.

Abstract submission deadline: 21st October 2022
Full paper submission deadline: 31st October 2022
*Submission guidelines for academic papers:
1. All contributions must adhere to the APA 7th edition referencing style, with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and must be double spaced. The submissions can be made at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=prism2
2. Full paper submissions must be no less than 1500 words and no more than 15000 words in length.
3. Abstract submissions must be no less than 200 words (fore regular abstracts) and no more than 1500 words in length (for extended abstracts).
**Submission guidelines for practitioner papers:
1. All submissions must be made in a word file with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and must be double spaced. The submissions can be made at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=prism2
2. Full paper submissions must be no fewer than 700 words and no more than 3500 words in length.
Please note that submissions without the complete manuscript would not be considered for publication.
