Dr. Shiva Kakkar

Dr. Shiva Kakkar is a faculty member of the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management area at IIM Nagpur. He received his Ph.D. from IIM Ahmedabad. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he was associated with Goa Institute of Management. His research focuses on issues pertaining to human perception and motivation. He has a number of publications in reputed journals and has presented papers at prestigious national and international conferences. Prof. Kakkar has also consulted for leading organizations in India, such as the Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (IHCL), TajSats Ltd. and Opshub (India) Ltd.
Rama Papi Reddy Annapureddy

Prof Papi Reddy is a faculty in Production and Operations area. Before joining IIM Nagpur, he was involved in designing and developing AI/ML based solutions at the R&D division of Mphasis Ltd known as NextLabs. Prior to his doctoral studies, he was working with HPCL in their Aviation Services Facility, Chennai.
Prof. Som Shekhar Bhattacharya

Prof Som Sekhar Bhattacharyya is a faculty member in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship Area at IIM Nagpur. He has 16 years of work experience in academics and industry. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, was associated with the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai and Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Goa. Prof Bhattacharyya has taught various courses like Strategic Management (Planning & Implementation), International Business Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategic Management of Technology. He has designed and delivered Executive Education Programmes and Management Development Programmes for a number of organizations like General Mills, Future Generali, Birla Soft, NALCO, HPCL, L&T, Orient Paper Mills, ACC, Hyundai, Diebold, Axis Bank, CIL DRDO, NALCO and others. His research has been published as papers and cases in various international and national journals. He was awarded the Emerald Literati Awards for Excellence: Outstanding Paper Award – 2011 and Emerald Literati Awards for Excellence: Highly Commended Paper Award – 2014 for two of his research papers.
Prof. Monika Dhochak

Prof Monika Dhochak is a faculty member in the Finance and Accounting Area at IIM Nagpur. Prior to joining IIMN, she has taught at the Goa Institute of Management and EDII, Ahmedabad. Prof Dhochak is a professional member of the American Accounting Association (AAA) and has a number of research publications to her credit.
Dr Mukund Vyas

Dr Mukund Vyas is a faculty member in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Management Area at IIM Nagpur. He holds Ph.D. in Organisational Psychology from the University of Mumbai. Prior to joining IIMN, Dr Vyas was associated with Tata Motors Limited as Head – Executive Management Development & Talent Development from May 2016. He was also associated with Larsen & Toubro Limited as Head – Corporate L & D & Head of Leadership Development Academy for a year. Dr Vyas started his corporate career in 1996 with Siemens where he worked for 20 years including 6 years heading global position in Talent Management with Siemens AG, based out of HQ in Germany. Over 26 years of experience, Dr. Vyas has worked in the area of Leadership Development, Organisational culture, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
Prof. Alok Kumar Singh

Prof. A.K.Singh holds a FPM degree (Fellow in Management) in Operations management and quantitative techniques area from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. He is a Mechanical Engineer from College of Technology, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. He has worked with Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), for 8.5 years and has around 8 years of academic experience. Prof Singh was actively involved in academic, MDP’s and administrative activities. He has published papers in reputed journals and has attended several conferences in India and abroad. His teaching and research interest span across the domain of Operations Management, Project Management, Supply chain management and Quantitative Techniques.
Prof. Kapil Kaushik
Faculty, IIM Nagpur
Kapil is a faculty in the area of decision science and information systems at IIM Nagpur. Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he was associated with Infosys analytics unit as associate data scientist, wherein he worked on projects and solutions related to forecasting, assortment planning, optimization, anomaly detection, and text analytics. He has completed his FPM in information systems management from IIM-Indore. His teaching interest includes text mining, data analytics, and marketing analytics. His research interest includes customer engagement at digital platforms, sports sponsorship, e-commerce, and data science for public policy.
Prof. Kartik Yadav

Prof Kartik Yadav is a faculty member in the area of Economics and Social Sciences at IIM Nagpur. He has completed his Ph.D. in Economics and Social Sciences from IIM Bangalore. He has done his M.Sc. in Economics with a specialization in Environment and Resource Economics from TERI University, New Delhi. Prior to this, Prof Yadav was an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School, OP Jindal Global University. He has also worked with the India Development Foundation as a Research Associate. His research interests lie in the areas of Development Economics, Micro-econometrics and International Business.
