Shweta is a lawyer with a double graduation in bachelor of legal science and bachelor of law. She has experience working in her family's logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing business. She believes in Dr. Sethna's synthesis theory and has applied the same in her life, where she has integrated law and business. She is an author of an academic research book published by Caucasus University Publishing House, Georgia, along with a Ph.D. professor. Her research paper on the pandemic fortified her belief in one world in which we all are world citizens. Her interest in academic research and publication has inspired her to combine her passion and direct it toward developing IJRC's interest, which she shares. Inspired by Japanese excellence and cultural roots, she finds the resemblances between India and Japan fascinating. She believes that with the power of research and the beauty of the long Indo-Japan relationship, much knowledge can be expanded by exchanging technology and human resources.

Ayan is a computer engineer currently pursuing his MBA. He comes from the city of Kolkata, and being a Bengali, he was gradually drawn toward Japan through the writings of Rabindranath Tagore and his exposure to Japanese cinema and animation. He is deeply interested in Japanese culture, architecture, locales, cinema, music, manga, and anime. He is into photography and filmmaking, and while delving into Japanese media, he finds this personal connection with the thought process of Japanese filmmakers and their way of depicting life.
