The theme of the session was “”The CEO””. Mr Garg gave his unconventional view position about a CEO. Identifying Competency, Getting Experience and Finding the right Opportunity helps the person in becoming one. He also discussed the opportunities coming out of current pandemic and methods to leverage it. He also touched upon the risk factor in the journey to be a CEO and attitude about taking up challenges at the right time.
