Blended Learning Programmes (Open Enrollment)
IIM Nagpur offers a diverse mix of open enrolment executive education programmes. These programmes have been designed to meet the needs of managers and executives at various stages of their careers, right from early stage managers to middle management personnel, to senior leaders of organizations.
IIM Nagpur leverages cutting-edge information technology to offer long duration executive education post graduate certificate programmes in a blended mode. These Blended Learning Programmes (BLPs) will have predominantly online sessions, in addition to pre-defined campus modules. The online sessions are conveniently scheduled outside of work hours and provide working-executives with flexibility of learning from their convenient locations. The in-campus, face-to-face sessions promote intra-batch interactions, intense discussions and activity-based learning.
IIM Nagpur offers programmes that provide overarching cross-functional integration, with an objective to prepare participants to take up challenging function-specific and general management roles in their organizations. The programmes are specific and give in-depth exposure to individual functional domains such as strategy, organizational behaviour, marketing, finance, operations management, and information technology.
