“IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Samir Ojha, Partner – Investment Banking at Ernst & Young for the Leadership Webinar Session.
Mr. Samir started the session by giving an overview of the investment banking space and his captivated journey in the same. Over the course of the session which was moderated by Prof. Nilesh Gupta (CDS Chairperson & Faculty in Finance & Accounting), the students enjoyed the multifaceted discussions over a diverse range of topics through real-life anecdotes. He helped the students in understanding the career paths in IB, while appreciating the experiences which is gained at every stage. He also emphasized the importance of strengthening client relationships, especially during difficult times, in order to have a long term collaborative approach towards problem-solving.
