“IIM Nagpur successfully hosted its flagship corporate panel discussion series Samiksha’20 on 1st August. On this platform the corporate and student community can reflect on the challenges we have faced in the past few months and how corporates are professionally and personally adapting to this change.

The theme of the session was focused on how companies in the BFSI domain are making organizational and structural changes to deal with the ever-changing landscape of business accelerated by the COVID. The panelists spoke in length about employee-centric plans that corporates are working out. It was an engaging session with the students gaining insights on how they should plan a lifetime of careers, and the students had some key takeaways in regards to being prepared to move beyond labels and roles to do more value addition to the society at large.”
