Dr. Aditya Sahu is a Faculty Member in the Production & Operations Management area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur. Prior to his joining, he served as a faculty member at IIM Rohtak. He earned his PhD in Operations Management & Decision Sciences from the IIM Kashipur. In addition, he holds an M.Tech degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.

He is an interdisciplinary researcher and passionate about understanding human behaviour in different operational and supply chain contextual settings. He has scholarly publications in various reputed A* and A category international journals such as Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review (TR-E), Production Planning & Control, Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce and Australasian Marketing Journal. He has also published case studies in outlets such as Emerald Emerging Market Case Studies Journal, Sage Business Cases and the Case Center (UK).

He has also received Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Indian Statistical Institute and has conducted several workshops on Systematic Literature reviews and Model Development.
