Dr. Neerpal Rathi is a faculty member in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at IIM Nagpur. He received his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, and did postdoctoral work at Incheon National University, South Korea. Dr. Rathi has been a visiting faculty at Incheon National University, South Korea and Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

Prior to joining IIM Nagpur, he had worked with Xavier University Bhubaneswar; Amrita University, Coimbatore; and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and Banasthali University, Rajasthan. Dr. Rathi has taught to MBA, Executive MBA (EMBA), and PhD students in India and abroad.

Dr. Rathi has designed and delivered executive education programs and consultancy assignments for a number of corporate and public-sector organizations, such as Manganese Ore India Ltd. (MOIL), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., IOCL, HPCL, BIS, Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd. (MECL), ZIM Labs, and Transrail Lighting.

Dr. Rathi has published several papers in various national and international journals, such as Personnel Review, Journal of Happiness Studies, Vikalpa, Journal of Human Resources in Hospitality and Tourism and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. In addition, he has presented several papers in various international and national conferences in India and abroad. Dr. Rathi has received best paper and highly commending paper awards when presenting his research at various national and international conferences.
