The theme of the session was “”Traits of Future Organisational Turnaround, post-COVID 19″”.The session helped the students understand the essential factors required for a successful organizational turnaround. The discussion also helped the students understand how organizations can future proof themselves. He emphasized that corporate culture is being tested in these times, and both organizations and individuals need to adapt to the paradigm shift taking place through proactive planning and action. He highlighted that companies are shifting their focus back to their employees and viewing talent as their greatest asset. He advised the students to destroy business models and rebuild them.
