A research paper authored by Dr. Gunjan Tomer, Associate Professor, Information Systems, Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, has been published in the reputed journal Information and Software Technology (ABDC ‘A’ category).
The paper, titled “Navigating ASD Barriers: A Role-Contextual Framework for Enhancing ASD Implementation in Self-Organizing Teams,” is co-authored with Dr. Soumya Prakash Rath, Ex-PhD Scholar of IIM Nagpur. The study offers an in-depth, role-based understanding of the challenges faced by Agile Software Development (ASD) teams and presents a practical framework to address these barriers across different organizational roles.
