IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Heartfulness NGO  (HFN) team – Mr. & Ms Jethwa, Sanjeev Sharma, Niraj Pandey, Vijaya Rajurkar, Debalina Dutta, Prasanna Chaudhary, Mr Srikanth & Ms Sudha Peri.

While all of us are getting groomed for a fast-paced dynamic future, the team gave us an opportunity to experience the silence and stillness of meditation. The 3 days session involved knowledge sessions, interesting videos and powerful processes like internal cleaning and relaxation through mediation. We learnt the role of positive emotions in increasing the productivity of brain and creating positive aura around.
