6.1. Fee details
The total fee of the program for the batch of 2025-27 is Rs.21,00,0004 , and the fee payable at the time of acceptance of the admission offer is Rs 1,00,0005 .

6.2. Mode of Payment
The offer acceptance and term fees for all the terms have to be paid online. A payment link will be shared with the candidates for the same.
6.3. Education Loan
Several banks offer education loans to support candidates’ education at IIM Nagpur. While many students raise the loan after joining the programme, we strongly encourage candidates to finalize the loan arrangements soon after receiving the admission offer letter.

Financial Aid and Student Loans:
The PM-Vidyalaxmi Scheme, a Government of India initiative offering collateral-free and guarantor-free education loans is available for all meritorious students who are getting admission in our Institution and who are desirous of availing education loans to pursue higher education. The portal does not charge any amount from the applicant. Through the portal, you can:
- Apply to multiple banks for education loan,
- Access collateral-free and guarantor-free education loans,
- Benefit of interest subsidies available to eligible students as per scheme guidelines accessible at

7. SCHOLARSHIPS
The following Scholarships are available to MBA students:
7.1. IIM Nagpur Scholarships:
With the aim to encourage meritorious students and the students from economically weaker backgrounds to pursue MBA (2 Years – Full Time) programme at IIM Nagpur, the institute has initiated two types of scholarships:
- IIM Nagpur Merit Scholarship – for top ten scorer candidates securing 95%ile or above in CAT.
- IIM Nagpur Need-cum-Merit Scholarship – for candidates with family income less than Rs 8 lakhs
The institute will be awarding scholarships to 20 students (10 Merit and 10 Need cum Merit Scholarships). The application process will begin during the first year and through an internal process.
Candidates selected for the scholarship will receive a complete waiver for the tuition fee for the two-year programme. The scholarship policy will be released once the academic year begins.
7.2 Additional Scholarships:
7.2.1 K S Cheema Group and IIM Nagpur partnered to offer scholarships to Need Cum Merit scholarships to student of 2-year-Full Time MBA Program for the year 2024-25 will receive a total scholarship amount of Rs.10 Lakhs for 2 year.
(Eligibility Criteria was same of IIM Nagpur’s Need-cum-Merit Scholarship)
