The Blended MBA for Working Professionals Programme is designed for professionals looking to enhance their leadership skills, strategic decision-making abilities, and business acumen without disrupting their careers. Delivered through a flexible Blended format, the programme combines rigorous academic coursework with real-world business applications, allowing participants to gain insights from experienced faculty and industry experts. The curriculum covers core business areas such as finance, marketing, operations, strategy, and leadership while integrating emerging topics like digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.
Important Programme Information:
- Eligibility: A minimum of three years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience (as on the last date of application). To be eligible for the programme, the candidate should have minimum 3 years of work experience after Graduation in last 5 years.
- Programme Duration: Two years
- Curriculum: Contemporary course design benchmarked with the best international as well as Indian management institutes.
Schedule:
1. first year, sessions are held three times a week on the following days and timings:
- Wednesday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 PM to 10:15 PM
- Sunday has two sessions: 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:45 PM
2. In the second year, classes are conducted more flexibly:
- Thursday: 7:00 PM–10:15 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 PM–10:15 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM–12:45 PM and 2:30 PM–5:45 PM
In addition to these fixed slots, buffer slots are allocated during the week to accommodate guest lectures, extra sessions, workshops, or any rescheduled classes as needed.
