This unique programme is a visionary initiative of our Director, Dr. Bhimaraya Metri, which gives PGDM/MBA students from different institutions across the country a valuable opportunity to experience and live the IIM ethos, engage directly with our academic community, and appreciate the vibrant learning culture that defines our campus.
During this four-day programme, participants will get a first-hand experience of life at IIM Nagpur by immersing themselves in its learning process, academic rigor, teaching pedagogy, and culture. Through faculty-led academic sessions, interactive sessions with entrepreneurs, and meaningful dialogue with IIM Nagpur students, DIP is designed to deepen your understanding of management theory and its real-world applications. You will also be exposed to our library, digital archives, and campus learning resources, allowing you to experience first-hand the academic rigour and intellectual infrastructure of a premier B-school.
Beyond the classroom and structured evening activities, the DIP would also offer avenues for informal bonding and network building.
