My name is Arun Kumar. I'm the president for Epiroc India. Epiroc is a Swedish multinational company. We are into construction and mining equipment manufacturing and sales, present in more than 150 countries. In India, we have been here for more than 65 years. But for the last two years, we have started a project called Focus India, wherein, as a group, we are investing in India in order to make India as one of our key manufacturing and innovation hubs for Epiroc Group. From day one, we decided that this journey is not possible without our people. So we started Epiroc India University, through which we have created many leadership programs. So when we were looking at partners in order to do this program, we got good references from our peers and other colleagues about IIM Nagpur. So on that basis, we ran our pilot program for leadership, ETHOS, here in Nagpur for the last five days in the month of February in 2026. It confirms the reference we got from the peer companies that IIM Nagpur is very professional, set up for executive education. The five days were a great learning experience for us and our colleagues. We brought the top 50 managers of EPIROC India for a program which is focusing on leadership and also strategy. The feedback from my colleagues has been great, and the infrastructure in this campus is really amazing. It's not just about learning in the classrooms, but it provides an ample atmosphere for networking and as well relaxing in terms of different sports and other categories. So we plan to do many more programs with this association because we strongly believe people makes a difference and we invest in EPIROC on people.

This is Sandeep Rao from Bangalore, working in Business Excellence and Strategic Projects at Amcor. This programme has been a truly enriching journey for me. It is designed not just to teach tools and techniques, but to develop a strategic mindset for managing complex projects. Every session added strong practical value, which I could immediately apply to my work. One of the key highlights was the campus immersion. Spending time at the Nagpur campus and interacting with faculty and peers in person significantly elevated the learning experience.
