Profs. T S Krishnan and A R Papi Reddy co-authored an article titled 'Realignment Strategies for Retailers in the Wake of CoViD-19', which was published in the magazine Logistics Insider. Co-authored with Prof. Kishore Kumar Gangwani (Jindal Global Business School) and Prof. Kiran K (Goa Institute of Management), the article seeks to offer a long-term view to enable retailers to plan their operations/supply chains based on changed consumer behaviour as a result of the global pandemic.
