This paper focuses on becoming a learning organization (LO) that remains an aspiration for all organizations by offering internal capabilities besides the organizational members’ competitive advantage and synergy gains. It sheds light on how scholars worldwide have been trying to examine the outcomes of LO at various organizational levels.
Ironically, the existing literature remains fragmented due to a lack of systematic understanding of the multi-level outcomes of LO. This study thus aims to synthesize, analyze, and categorize the scientific literature into various levels of LO outcomes to provide a conceptual framework for future researchers and academicians.
