The paper revisits the organizational learning concepts in Higher education institutions (HEIs). The authors presented a discussion on how HEIs can become learning organizations and the need to do so with both learning agility and leadership agility. The paper intends to encourage educational leaders, scholars, practitioners, and scholar-practitioners to apply organizational learning principles for improving HEIs operational efficiency and effectiveness in addressing grand challenges facing humanity.
