Dr. Aditya Kumar Sahu is a Faculty Member in the Production & Operations Management area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur. Prior to his joining, he has earlier served at IIM Rohtak for nearly four years.

He earned his PhD in Operations Management & Decision Sciences from the IIM Kashipur. He also holds an M. Tech degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.

He is an interdisciplinary researcher and passionate about understanding human behaviour in different operational and supply chain contextual settings. He has scholarly publications in various reputed international journals such as Production Planning & Control, Journal of Cleaner Production and Australasian Marketing Journal.

He has also received Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Indian Statistical Institute, Pune and has conducted several online workshops on Systematic Literature reviews and Model Development.
