Rajeev Aggarwal

Prof Rajeev Aggarwal is a Canadian citizen, currently based in Nagpur, India, and is engaged as an Adjunct Faculty at our institute based on his extensive industry experience. He also serves as an Independent Director as well as on the advisory board of select governmental organisations. He also writes a regular column on Empirical Management based on his extensive field experience.

He has earned the above by virtue of over 40 years of experience primarily in the sector of management and development of projects of varied sizes, from small to mega projects valued at approximately $1B USD each spread over the globe. He has held CEO / C-Suite positions in Fortune 500 companies in Canada and the Middle East, managing offices across 30 countries spanning all continents. He has set up joint ventures, consortia agreements, licensing agreements and handled mergers & acquisitions or companies. He has extensive experience in setting up and managing complex contracts and projects from bidding, through execution and closure. He attributes this expertise as a main reason of his successful career. He has successfully turned around stressed organisations and accomplished multi-fold growth of the organisations by revamping systems and processes, teams and business strategies. He has worked in various leadership capacities as Client, PMC, Owner’s Engineer, EPC Contractor, and Construction contractor.

He is on the Executive bodies of NGOs engaged in economic development of the region.
