A paper co-authored by Prof. Vishal Arghode, titled 'Emotional labor, emotional intelligence, and burnout among school principals: Testing a mediational model' has been published in the journal Leadership and Policy in Schools. The paper, which tests an emotional labor (EL) model, in the form of surface acting and deep acting, as a mediator in the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and burnout as experienced by public school principals, has been co-authored with Dr Michael W. Silbaugh and Prof David Barker (Gannon University, US) .
