Predixion, the Analytics Club of Indian Institute of Management Nagpur was honored to host Mr. Imran Saeed Director Head CPG/Pharma/Retail, AbsolutData as a part of Talk Analytics’18 on 22nd November 2018.
The topic of discussion was “Analytics and its impact/application across different verticals” which gave the audience a great opportunity to learn about the different ways in which Analytics is bringing a revolution in various industries like CPG, Agriculture, Retail, Transportation etc. The four important things needed to create a scalable impact in the field of Analytics Viz. Analytical framework, core AI capabilities, Technology and Industry experts, were also discussed in detail. The guest also shared his insights on how to be successful in the domain of analytics by building on our knowledge to make others trust us with the data and finally communicating the analysis through a storytelling & sharing approach.
The entire session has helped the students to develop a new perspective towards Analytics and learn the different mantras to become successful in the domain of Analytics.
