Ummeed – organized pre-Christmas celebrations at Mure Memorial Old Age Home.
The visit started with a game of ‘Pass the Orange’, in which people introduced themselves or sang any local devotional song . This was followed by Swaviskaar performance, along with the volunteers. There were songs, cake and Santa caps along with the stories told by the people living at Mure. This was followed by a round of refreshments. Ummeed collaborated with Swaviskaar for the event. The visit was all about joy, happiness, nostalgia, tears, but most of all, it was about hope and love, thus strengthening the spirit of Christmas.
