Going Online As Leaders (GOAL) is a digital literacy and mentorship initiative, under the motto “Education is the key intervention that will open doors to a better world”. Driven to empower and enable India’s tribal youth, the key is to identify, mobilise and connect renowned leaders from the industry, who can personally mentor youth from tribal communities.
The programme offers a 7-month mentorship followed by a two-month internship to 5000 shortlisted youth from tribal communities. It promises upskilling and learning opportunities for budding and existing entrepreneurs to build and grow their business by leveraging Facebook.
