Predixion – the Analytics club of IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Dr. Selvaraj Vadivelu on 16th November, 2019. Dr. Selvaraj spoke on the topic “Data driven decision scenarios and approaches” and shared his experience on tools and techniques used in specific decision taking scenarios in workforce management and product management. He spoke about data driven Project Costing, Project Tracking, Optimal Workforce Management, Workforce Planning and Compensation Management.
