As a part of HR-Talks’19 series, HR-SIG of IIM Nagpur had the pleasure to host Mr. John Mathew Sebastian, Manager – HR (Talent Acquisition), V Guard. It was an engaging session which revolved around the different parameters of salary structure in organizations. Differences in Finance and Marketing specializations as well as insights on vital components essential while selecting a company to apply were also discussed during the session.
