IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Bala Aiyaswamy, Group Head of Talent & Leadership in Reliance Industries Limited, for our Leadership Webinar Series 2020. The theme of the discussion was “Best Practices in Internal Talent Mobility for our New Era”.
The session started with Mr. Bala imparting knowledge on how COVID has changed the current work culture and the job scenario. He shared how in his industry experience of more than twenty years, talent mobility has evolved, and what are the factors affecting the same. He also discussed how we should address our skills gap in order to overcome personal constraints and information gaps. The session came to end with Mr Aiyaswamy taking up questions from students which were around the gig market platform, talent mobility at Reliance Industries, and necessary skills for students looking forward to joining the HR Domain in the current COVID situation.
