E-Cell, IIM Nagpur was privileged to host Mr. Kirit Joshi, Co-founder & Director, Spacewood for the E-Talks series. The session focused on ‘An Inspiring Journey: From 0 to 600 crores’. Mr Joshi took us through the challenges that he faced in his entrepreneurial journey and how ploughing back helped in coming a long way. He also discussed how expanding categories, backward and forward integration and alignment with modern trend helps in upliftment of the company and how assumptions lead to the failure.
There were various key lessons that we took from the session, such as the importance of team for business and working on the brand. We also learnt about the significance of interpersonal skills at different levels; the need to build a business on strong ethics and principles and how attempting little easy things first gives some certainty of success.
