PGP students of IIM Nagpur participated in the MAHA METRO NAGPUR MARATHON 2019. The fifth edition of the Nagpur Marathon was organized by M/S Adventures and You on Sunday, December 1st, 2019 in association with the Indian Medical Association and Saraswati Vidyalaya Alumni Association. Around 70 students participated in the different categories of races which comprised of 5 km (Family Fun Walk/Jog/Run), 10 km (Endurance Run), and 21 km (Orange City Run).
As a social cause, the marathon event aimed at promoting ‘DONATE ORGANS – SAVE LIFE’ and ‘RUN FOR TOBACCO FREE NAGPUR’. The students donated funds amounting to Rs 16000 towards the above-mentioned noble causes.
