The theme of the session was “Future of Work”. The session helped students understand how the workplaces might change in the future and what could that mean for jobs and skills. She touched upon how investment in digital working skills is necessary for immediate readiness and future capabilities. She also discussed the key shifts required by the organizations to thrive in the future in terms of reconfiguring work, remodeling workforce, and redefining the workplace.
