IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Aditya Pal Singh, Talent Acquisition Head, Informatica India and Ms. Preeti Chaudhary, Founder LinkedInLocal India for yet another amazing session of our flagship Leadership Webinar Series – VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was ‘Skills & Trends of Future and Leveraging LinkedIn for students’.
The discussion started with a note from Mr. Aditya in which he explained how there should be a striking balance between the three terms, ‘Attainable’, ‘Sustainable’ & ‘Affordable’. He also helped establish the fact that sometimes it is good if you fail to realise what you are good at, but it is important to be open to experimentation especially in the current dynamic business scenario.
Ms. Preeti provided hands-on experience to the students and advised how to leverage LinkedIn for one’s own benefits. She demonstrated different aspects which a student needs to work on to utilise the benefits of the professional platform fully.
Both the speakers emphasised on the fact that it is important to listen to people and to keep the attitude for learning.
