IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Chandra Chakraborty, Senior Vice President at Amway India Enterprises, for another amazing session as a part of our flagship Leadership Webinar Series – VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was “Amway: Leading the Direct Selling Industry.”
The discussion started with Mr. Chandra sharing with us Amway’s story of helping people live better lives. Over the past 60 years, Amway has revolutionized the business model known as direct selling and is currently the world’s leading direct selling company for the 8th time in a row. He related how they are disrupting the retail industry by empowering Amway business owners to be leaders in social commerce. Mr. Chandra also discussed the changing landscape of Brick and Mortar Social Selling and Digital Social Selling.
