IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Praveen Kamath, CHRO and Global Head of HR, Apisero Inc., for yet another amazing session of our flagship Leadership Webinar Series – VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was “Changing Business Landscape and Our Preparedness.”
The discussion started with Mr. Praveen expressing his views about how the emerging markets have redefined and continuously surprised us. He also summarized, amidst globalization, how organizations need to adapt to diversity and culture. He touched upon key parameters such as the Happiness Index, reskilling at the top of the organization, and the significance of developing skills over a time frame.
He emphasized how doing simple things is extremely complex and encouraged students to learn a foreign language, deep-dive into their domains of interests, have diverse thoughts, and develop the knowledge to change them into positive actions.
