IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Raghuram Krishnan, Director of Finance for Adobe India, Korea & Global FP&A Shared Services for yet another amazing session of our flagship Leadership Webinar Series – VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was ‘Emerging Trends, Changing skill set, Employee Management and Evolving organisational practices’.
The discussion started with an inspirational story of Mr. Raghuram’s expedition to the Himalayas spanning 600 km, from Manali to Khardungla, the world’s highest motorable road. He gave an overview of how digital transformation, along with a data-driven approach, is becoming the core of the business. He touched upon how the WFH and hybrid model of working are shaping up the business dynamics currently.
He also discussed how finance roles have evolved throughout the years, from being a merely advisory position, to offering foresight as a strategist for the organisations.
