IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Ms. Pallavi Halder, DGM – People Operations at Sula Vineyards for another amazing session as a part of our Leadership Webinar Series -VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was “Business Overview of Sula Vineyards & role of HR Brand Building”.
The discussion started with Ms. Pallavi briefing about the wine industry in India. She gave an overview of Sula Vineyards and its business, including details about its product portfolio. She emphasized how important it is for the organizations to stand with the employees in these tough times and how Sula prioritizes the employees’ health and well-being ahead of the profits. She explained how cohesiveness among the customers, employees, community, and environment could bring innovation and success to an organization.
In her conclusion, she talked about the importance of flexibility and trust in the success of hybrid workplace models.
