OPEX club at IIM Nagpur was honored to host Ms. Shivangi Kamath, Head Quality Management and Process Improvement- Process Excellence Group, TATA AIG at the campus on 17th November 2018. Operations enthusiasts were enlightened with an entirely

new way of defining and measuring quality using customer experience. Her passion for perfection moulded into her profession gave us this opportunity to learn various aspects related to quality such as Principles of quality management, stages of process design, usage of tools like Fish bone analysis, FMEA etc. She explained that TATA’s USP lies in its
vision and focus on community welfare and its ethics are visible in their CSR initiatives which include a wide spectrum of areas including Education, rural development, disaster relief, Health care, and road safety.
