KNOW ALL MEN THAT Shri Alok Kumar Mishra s/o Shri Suresh Kumar Mishra MBA Batch 2024-26 Roll No. P24353 has been expelled from the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur on account of serious misconduct and acts contrary to Institute Code and further has been called upon to vacate the Hotel Premises within 48 hours as per Expulsion Order dated 10.06.2025.
It is to state that Shri Alok Kumar Mishra, s/o Shri Suresh Kumar Mishra, is indulging in illegal acts of misrepresentation to the public at large on social media platforms like WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and is also indulging in acts of cheating by personation, apart from serious misconduct in the premises of the Institute.
BY THIS NOTICE IT IS MADE CLEAR TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE that Shri Alok Kumar Mishra s/o Shri Suresh Kumar Mishra will be held solely responsible and accountable for all acts of commission and omission on his part constituting misconduct as per Institute Code and penal offences as per the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023. It is also made clear that all actions at law shall be taken up at the risk and cost of Shri Alok Kumar Mishra and his Guardian Shri Manish Kumar Mishra.
BY THIS NOTICE THE PUBLIC AT LARGE & STUDENTS OF THE INSTITUTE are hereby cautioned not to deal with Shri Alok Kumar Mishra in any manner whatsoever, refrain from sharing any study material, or other belongings with him and generally to refrain from sharing his posts or replying his posts in any manner whatsoever on any social media platform.
