IM Nagpur completed another session of HR Conclave on 21st July with an insightful discussion on ‘Transformation of Employees into Intrapreneurs’ with prominent HR Stalwarts from diverse industries.
The sagacity of the session aimed towards how team leadership can change the perspective of employees towards fostering innovation and capturing creativity. It highlighted the resources and motivation required among the workforce to take up intrapreneurial initiatives while analyzing the future growth prospects for the same across various industrial domains and organizational culture.
